B+Y presented designs for an artists' community adjacent to Loveland's historic Feed and Grain. Artspace Projects Inc., City of Loveland, project donors and the public discussed how developing the acre of land surrounding the 120-year-old mill will create a synergystic realtionship with residential live and work units.

B+Y/BRS selected by Artspace

In an exciting collaboration, Kevin Yoshida (B+Y) and Barker Rinker Seacat (BRS) have been selected to design affordable live/work housing for artists as part of the adaptive reuse of the historic Loveland Feed & Grain Building.

Artspace is America’s leading nonprofit developer for the arts with a  mission to create, foster, and preserve affordable space for artists and arts organizations.
