B+Y/BRS selected by Artspace

In an exciting collaboration, Kevin Yoshida (B+Y) and Barker Rinker Seacat (BRS) have been selected to design affordable live/work housing for artists as part of the adaptive reuse of the historic Loveland Feed & Grain Building.

Artspace is America’s leading nonprofit developer for the arts with a  mission to create, foster, and preserve affordable space for artists and arts organizations.

Loveland is a community that is characterized by welcoming neighborhoods with diverse housing opportunities that create a sense of individual belonging.

Loveland will have attractive development that enhances its built environment. New development will be sensitive to the distinctive character of Loveland.
