JASON KOPECKY

Jason Kopecky’s insight into construction detailing combined with design is a proven asset to B+Y and our clients. Jason uniquely combines strong management abilities and creative thinking to serve every project. His experience includes schematic design, design development and construction documents for many series of residences for production builders as well as involvement with site planning projects. Residential project types include single family detached homes in rural, suburban, and urban environments, single-family attached homes and multi-family homes for both affordable and market-rate development interests.

 BOB WILSON
With a concentration in single-family detached and attached production housing, Bob Wilson provides B+Y with progressive design ideas and oversees numerous projects from the schematic phase through construction. Bob’s appreciation for the built environment took shape as an undergraduate with a semester long Urban Studies program focused on inner-city housing issues in Chicago. Since then, several volunteer efforts with Habitat for Humanity and two-years with the Peace Corps in Botswana have only enhanced his passion for responsible design.

TARI ENSIGN
Tari Ensign brings both residential and commercial experience to bear in improving the sustainability of residential urban development in metro Denver. Tari’s projects include aligning lesser defined residential requirements with LEED standards for commercial buildings and helping production home builders integrate disability-friendly features. Her experience includes over fifty custom homes in Colorado as an entrepreneurial business and several health and fitness centers and arenas across the United States while working for a commercial architectural firm. She has served as a guest critic at University of Colorado at Denver and been a keynote speaker at Westwood College.
