On February 29 a ULI Site Modeling team consisting of top architects, including Kevin Kazuhiro Yoshida AIA, and real estate experts will “drill down” by studying development scenarios for RTD’s parking lot at 29^th and Welton, picking up where an advisory panel left off in August 2011. The ULI team will put forth practical, doable ideas consistent with the Five Points Marketplace Vision Plan.

VA CRRC Open House

The grand opening of B+Y's renovation for the Veterans Administration's new Community Resource and Referral Center at 3030 Downing Street, Denver, CO is February 10, 2012 from 1-3.  

The CRRC is a dynamic, community based center for homeless veterans and their families to access VA services.  Services include: permanent and transitional housing, employment services, VA & non-VA benefits, showers, laundry, and case management as we continue to push towards VA Secretary Shinseki’s goal of eliminating Veteran homelessness.
